Another easy solve procedure is Date -02 Month code -07 Last two digits of year - 20 20 divided by 4 - 05 02+07+20+05=34 34÷7=06 (Friday)day code

I do not understand one point. 1700 is clearly not a leap year, being a century year and not divisible by 400. 1704 is however, a leap year since it is perfectly divisible by 4. the difference between 1700 and 1704 is of 4 years. Don't we get a leap year once every 4 years? Shouldn't 1700 be a leap year then? Is any of my premises wrong? Is this argument valid? is it sound? (lol)
