Love when they do variations on the same song. Splitter slowed down and stripped down is 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻 Love how they did this with Rancho Azul too.

These guys are amazing I saw them in concert twice in Germany: in Munich and Berlin, both performance were outstanding, very fresh and original style they've got these boys with a mixed approach of mexican, latin, folk, jazz.. They make me feel enormously proud of my mexican roots and culture! Auf Wiedersehen! und kommt euch wieder nach Deutschland! Wir lieben euch!

after my first Calexico show ( on the Algiers tour) my buddy and I went to his app. and drank a couple of beers before going to bed, while listening til the Algiers album... and the first thing that hit me, was that even though then album is extremely well-produced - Joey´s vocal sounded even better live... my buddy agreed...

The toned down version of "Splitter" is fantastic. I enjoy the original upbeat version on the album as well of course. The chord twist on the chorus, yesssss. Great job guys! :)
