When i was farming threw the 80s &90s all the milk cows were put to the Limy Bull because i was a flying herd and sold all the calves at Carlisle auction and X with Holstein Friesian i had a lot beef farmers there and made a Lot out of the calves .Seeing you there brings back alot of good memories ,KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

OK I’m a city guy and don’t know much about country living. I have moved from Ireland and live in Alberta Canada now a lot of my food I buy direct from farmers, including my beef. I can buy a large cow grass fed grass finished for about 4 1/2 thousand Canadian dollars. If I buy one that was raised on grain, I can get it for about $1000 less. But that cow sold for £25,000 that would be C$42,000 that’s a very expensive cow. I’m not sure but that’s probably even more expensive than Wagyu. Or these cows just show Cows. You know like you have show dogs. I just don’t get why a cow is so expensive.
