Watching your video and bringing back many memories after working downtown for 35 years. Now retired and living elsewhere. The buildings are still there, but the hustle and bustle of a vibrant downtown Calgary is gone. So sad to see.

Good to see you back in action ! Great video, excellent as usual with great sound as well. Saw the CP Rail going by. As an old freight forwarder, I remember shipping lots of stuff from Calgary into the world via CP rail and also CP Ships. Also used CP Air. They had direct flights to Amsterdam in the 70's. I took a flight with them once. Calgary is a CP Town, Edmonton is a CN Town. Thanks for the memories.

Watching from winnipeg :) Calgary downtown is really busy wow. I read that it always was but I’ve been reading a lot online it’s getting worse and worse in terms of vibes, safety, homelessness etc. i don’t usually go to Winnipeg downtown during work hours but I remember it’s not really busy like this with so many people walking. Maybe I’m wrong. But I remember precovid there were lots of events in downtown here during summer and during the events the area was packed with people and no parking to be found lol. Can’t wait for summer to come asap and lots of fun events here :) thanks for the Calgary downtown tour looks very cool. Also the Hudson’s bay building is so much cooler than our historic Hudson’s bay building. Ours is pretty cool too but i like urs better haha.
