My favorite stations are Westbrook and 69th because they're underground. I like underground stations.
@vyomps3 жыл бұрын
Hopefully more underground stations incoming from the Green Line in the future? ;)
@KingBobBobBob3 жыл бұрын
@@vyomps I hope so as well and I hope they use the underground area at city hall as well since it was intended for a tunnel system that'd be rad.

The underground stations are so cool!

But nothing is as cool as Carling Station ;)

Awesome video! But I like it going from 69th street to downtown because of the view of Calgary's skyline.

Thank you for watching Julia! Glad you enjoyed. I prefer that way as well; unfortunately I only got the permission to film this route. I am going to request permission to film the Red Line in the future as well :) Any direction preference for that line?

Never knew that the Ctrain is the busiest LRT in Canada or US..thats crazy
@vyomps3 жыл бұрын
It definitely isn't the most busy Rail/Metro/Subway system. But it certainly is the busiest "LRT" ;) en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_North_American_light_rail_systems_by_ridership

Oof! You gotta ask for permission to film on the rail line? here in Vancouver we all just do it anyways. 😅 FUN though!! Weee!!! I don't know if you remember our system, but it's not even half as long as yours. 😅

It says that it's filmed with a GoPro. I'd imagine you'd need permission to stick a camera onto the train.
@Beandonuts3 жыл бұрын
I mean this looks like it is film from within the conductors cabin, so I'd imagine you'd need permission unless you want to break into it and get arrested. EDIT: they had to suction a Go-Pro to the front windshield. So ya you need permission to do that.

@@Beandonuts Now this reply is so much more useful than David's, but how about I wait for the answer from the person who made the vlog?

Hey Andy! Thank you for watching again buddy 😊 Filming the SkyTrain Expo Line last year was definitely fun. The train being driverless makes it easier haha. Here I had to request permission, sign a form and then was given a specific day and time to drop by and film. Process took a while but the transit staff was friendly and very accommodating :) Making good use of the TimeWarp mode on the GoPro ;)

Thanks for watching! Will reach back to Transit shortly for the permission and permit to film once again! Not sure how long the process will be but filming the Red Line is definitely on my Radar as well :)
