Calgary Ultra Trail 50km

Up until the 44km mark that went a lot better than last year. Hit a root, went down and drove my elbow in my ribs as I did the tuck and roll. The last 8km was not very comfortable but we persevere when it gets hard.
Still not running 9 days later…. It will take a few more treatments from the gang @prohealthchiro
