A little comment CD off of cali≠gari's Dai 6 Jikkenshitsu! I would take a guess this was an order bonus, but given the fact I got it 2nd hand, i'm not sure. Either way, there's only one track on this CD and it's just this.
The image comes from VKGY, as I couldn't get a good image with my camera of my own CD without bad reflection.
