I have this same counter, mine also has the 10811 installed. So far I have not had any issues with the "RIFA" caps, these are very nice counters and has given me flawless service.

It is my go-to frequency counter and I find it is easy to use, accurate, and reliable. If the RIFA caps have any cracks in their case they should be replaced. Keep in mind the safety caps in this unit are live all the time (not switched off) since the unit has a standby mode for the crystal oven so they end up with a lot of run time hours on them.

I just repaired my 5334B just before watching this. One of my 0.1uF Rifa caps had seemingly violently exploded, it literally looked like it was hit by a bullet.
