How to set origin tool in okuma? Example if in my machine first tool is no. 3 then i want to change and my no. 7 is origin tool.

Simply redo your Z calibration with tool 7 having the zero offset.

Ah. As you probably know too well, the P200 didn't have the system 2 parameter to store an encoder value, so the distance from encoder zero to spindle centerline was entirely contained in the work zero set column. This is why you'll see a huge number in the X zero set of a P200, while a P300 will have an X of 0 when properly aligned
