Calibration of Gemini 20 Scale and Tapering down of benzos

Hi i am tapering venlafaxine, too do it safely it is going to take years, as u can only do 10% each month. So far the withdrawals have been so bad that i have never achieved the 10%, I started at 150mg and 3 years later am at 51.75mg

I just watched your scale calibration thank you it helped a lot. I going to start to taper klonipin pretty soon. I take .5 twice a day. Should I just taper on one dose until it’s gone and then start the second pill or should I taper a little off each. Thank you for any advice

I can't really give medical advice . But I can tell you what worked for me. I'd taper the 1st one then work on the 2nd one. Glad my video helped.
