They’ve been mating for awhile now, she just becomes fertile this time of year. No worries about fluff, etc because the Eagles know what they are doing-for centuries now. Let’s just enjoy being able to watch their lives…TTE (trust the Eagles)

I have read somewhere ,where people nearby actually put their branches and twigs in piles for the Eagles to pick from ! Those people are very caring about eagles and I hope they keep doing that!❤

Are they getting too old to have eaglets?? it was sad seeing their eggs, not hatched last year… That’s why I was wondering about their age and how old eagles are before they stop producing..??

Shadow is about 10 & Jackie is about 12 and they're well within their breeding years! 💕

Check out Chase and Cholyn “Two Harbors” nest on Catalina island. They are much older and still raising chicks. FYI❤They were hatched in 1998 so are about 26 yrs old.
