Fair comment but everything is inside and out is so personal. Your idea of a wonderful garden will be very different from somebody elses. The builder is still on hand and can work with buyers on making changes to gardens - interior.

Looked at this a few times but no utility room, tiny bedrooms and no outside covered terrace. It’s overpriced for size assuming the builder overspent!

Where the water coming from is it from a water tank ?

Fantastic location but all that stone in the garden is just unpractical and very expensive to pave

Hi Rich fair enough but big demand for the larger plots in non estate location and who can afford to terrace plots of this size. The fact he has walled 3/4 of the leveled out garden section amazed me as most with gardens this big just fencing. If you wanted more terracing could be easily added from pool to villa frontage but sure whatever builder adds the comments will be should be more/ should be less. Should have used different tiles- should have done in a different area.

Builder missed a fantastic chance to reconfigure the layout and make this a great villa,shame😊

It's a new build effectively. Water and Electric connections are to the property but won't be connected / switched on until it's purchased.
