Im confused about question #44. Answers A & C appear to be the same. Am I misreading something? Thank you so much for your time and effort you put into making this video. I especially like the background scenes that go along with the questions. I'm a senior who has already failed my 2nd try. It's been like over 30 years since I've taken a written test. I have a lot of catching up to do. I'm glad I found this video. Its gold to me. It's greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your feedback. I have reviewed the question, and I am confident that it is correct. Here is the clarification: 13. DMV Handbook page 57 - A tailgater is behind you. Maintain your course and speed. Then, when safe to do so, merge right to change into another lane and allow the tailgater to pass. 15. You can check on DMV handbook page 27 - Straight Line Backing. 21. You can read DMV handbook on page 37, it is slippery when wet.

⁠@@lualuadmv I believe they’re right the correct way to have worded question 15 would be [the correct procedure for straight line backing] as it is actually different from parallel parking. Straight line backing is literally “to back up in a straight line” along the side of a curb where you “traffic check, signal, check blind spots, begin backing up (for 3 vehicle lengths), and control” as opposed to parallel parking where you have to “find a space, pull up alongside the vehicle in front of the space, check your blind spots, begin backing up (at about a 45 degree angle), and then finally straighten out.” Besides that question the other two 21 & 13 are actually correct. **everything in between “ “ and ( ) is straight from the dmv handbook
