Q1? If two vehicles arrive 'simultaneously' that means they arrive at the same time. I would think that means the correct answer is B, the vehicle on the right. Your answer is C, the vehicle that arrives first. But if they arrived 'simultaneously' that means they both arrived at the same time. Please explain your answer. Thanks.

No. 58 shows C is the correct answer but D is the correct answer. The explanation refers to D, 'A passing zone on the side with the broken line'.

My question is about my question 58. "What does a solid yellow line alongside a broken yellow line on a roadway indicate?" The correct answer indicated was C, "A passing lane on the side with the solid line" The explanation states "When a solid yellow line is alongside a broken yellow line on a roadway, it indicates a passing zone on the side with the broken line and a no passing zone on the side with the solid line. ......." This is contradictory. The explanation appears correct but....
