In California . What if you have a house before getting married . But during the marriage he refinance twice with out the wife signing anything . He put single not married !!Will there be issues later on when he leaves his property only two his children and not the wife on a trust . Will escrow question that ?

Hi Andy, How about, separate property, no transmutation, I still keep the only name, is it really fair to share the equity in half ? How about Moore and Marsden formula?

I don't have a Moore Marsden video, although you're not the first to request it. Fairness, unfortunately, isn't relevant when applying community property. Comm. property either applies or it doesn't. Sorry.

But covert narcissist person comes in your life with the plan, and wants to get half of the equity, wants to go away, doesn't leave you any cash, because you have to pull from your equity, leaves you with more depth in 62 years of age. Really not fair. Was it my fault he used me all these years? You may find my words some emotional, but in reality it is really not fair . That was the reason I liked Moore and Marsden formula, which says almost what I say, only percentage. I am so surprised after a lot of search on line why each attorney gives you different answer? I even interview 8 attorney, some of them says he cant get anything, some of them he can get a lot. Why ? Cant understand!!!?? I appreciate if you can help me understand, why this happening? Thanks again.
