Drink electrolyte heavy drinks (Powerade, Gatorade, etc.) if you are forced to exercise for some weird reason. How can you tell if water or a sports drink is best? Whichever one tastes best. Your tongue is smarter than you'd think.

The answer is to make an inflatable Mountain that is approximately 2 km high with fans on the mountain to blow cold air to the ground there is an endless amount of cold air in the sky there's just no land connecting it which the inflatable Mountain would act as the land to send the cold air to the ground and if you make the inflatable Mountain 8 km High which is a very big distance it will send air that is approximately -60 to the ground because the fans will make it so that the air stays constant from the upper atmosphere to the ground

Don't forget they get EVERYTHING free. They go to the grocery store and a checkout they tell the cashier they are undoced and they just give them the food. They go buy a car and tell the dealer that they have no papers and the dealer just gives them the car. They go buy a house and the realtor says so problem we'll just give it to you. Yep

Wow. It's actually hot in the dessert in the summer? Who could have guessed? Let's see. Historic average high temperature in Palm Springs for the month of July is 108. That means that it gets hotter. a lot hotter. That's the average since they've been measuring it. Go figure. It's hot in Palm Springs in the summer. This is something we knew since before our great, great, great, great grandparents have been born. I would speculate the natives knew this fact thousands of years ago. But now, it's news. How stupid do they think we are? Don't answer that.

It was quite a bit hotter in April, May and into June in the state where I live than any of those places. Hot coffee in the morning and spicy food during the day helps, so does sitting in it and not fighting it until it doesn't hurt any more, which might take a few years but it works.

So people have never experienced "terrible heat" before in history? And why does God send great misfortunes, which happen to good and bad people alike? Sounds rather sadistic.

Fifteen straight months of record global average temperatures, even in Nov, Dec, Jan, and Feb. Of course we all know why it was so hot during those months, it was summer.

I wonder if the desert heat is due to something call summer when the sun is closer to the Earth making the summer temperature in the desert go up🤔. If it's 100 degrees in January then we can freak out!!!!! 🤦🤦
