Right? You can even google it, in 2018 they did an audit in California and there was $36 million just unaccounted for that never got paid to the schools. I won a $2500 prize on a $20 crossword puzzle in 2021 and it took me 10 months, 12 emails, and threatening a lawsuit and the media exposure to finally get paid. I googled the chair of the lottery commission and it was a sheriff?!? How is that not a conflict of interest? Supppeerrrr sus shit going on in my opinion....
