While in reality, it's the exact opposite...He's pushing 60, and spent the majority of his youth in a cage; This is why states are going bankrupt, and will only continue to get worse...Thousands upon thousands of boomers are getting out after a wasted youth, and gov't services were already @ a breaking point...NOT GOOD! They can't raise taxes, and they can't cut gov't spending. They can't give him 20 years back. Their only option now, is releasing criminals twice as violent as his crime was...
