Unfortunately, not by most of the people I know! The East side of state and inland communities, where I live, have a total opposite view of what the politicians in Sacramento push on us.

@@fischertoolandgarden this is always the way. In Australia we have a system they call representative democracy. Normally 90% of people live their life having as little to do with the State as possible, just paying their percentage of taxes and hoping not to get in trouble. Every now and then the rules change and we are expected to comply. It doesn't feel that democratic nor representative.

Good Video Tom! I have the Costco Greenworks Blower and Mower. The mower is ok but one of the batteries does not take a charge anymore.. I think Coscto will get it returned soon. Keep up the good work.

Thanks Dave! I've heard of some of the Greenworks batteries having this problem. Hopefully they get it fixed. This battery technology is new for a lot of companies trying to put product out there, I guess there's going to be some bumps in the road.

I really enjoy your videos. Is it safe to say you are a authorized Stihl repair center? The reason I ask is I know Amsoil says 100:1, but Stihl recommends 50:1. If I own a Stihl gas weed eater and used Amsoil 100:1 and I have motor issues would you (and Stihl) warranty it? Or do I need to wait until it’s out of warranty? Thank you for posting these videos.

We are a Stihl servicing dealer. I myself and a Stihl Silver certified mechanic. Amsoil Saber is made to run up to 100:1. It has a super high film strength and can handle high temperatures better than standard 2 stroke oil. As far as my understanding on warranty, a manufacturer cannot blame any fault on oil brand unless they provide you with there oil for free. I searched the internet and have yet to have found any failure from using Saber in a Stihl product. I mix it 80:1 when I service out Stihl equipment. I switched to Amsoil Saber because I was having a problem with Stihl Ultra clogging up spark arrestors in new equipment. Some people don't seem to have a problem with Ultra, but we've had lots of Stihl equipment have a short life span before we started using Saber. Bad user or bad oil? Hard to tell, but people seem to be liking the Saber once they try it.

@@fischertoolandgarden Thank you for the response. My concern is using a 100:1 mix instead of 50:1. I have just started using Sabre, but it is mixed at 75:1. I never had issues using Stihl or Redmax oils clogging the screen, but I run it at 80% throttle. I have the Stihl FS56 blower, edger and trimmer. They are all out of warranty. I just wondered how Stihl would handle the warranty since you wasn’t using the recommended mix ratio. Thank you again for your response.

The emissions from power tools vs overall emissions from anything/everything else is absurdly miniscule. People are just going over the state borders to buy chainsaws and weedwackers

Unfortunately people here get on the bandwagon that batteries will solve everything. They have their place, but are not totally environmentally friendly. Yet another bureaucratic nightmare happening in this state.
