We too in Italy, and more specifically in Tuscany, have a very large variety of garlic, whose bulb is as big as a large apple. Here this variety is called "aglione" and is used to make a very delicate tomato sauce precisely because this type of garlic is very sweet and fragrant.

I just moved from Gilroy to Virginia in Oct. 2020. I sure miss the fresh garlic, fruit and vegetables that the farms produced and sold around where I used to live. Thank you for showing us how to harvest and cure garlic.

Love a harvest video! Is the bed with brassicas in full sun or partial afternoon shade? I live in 10b a bit north of you and was wondering if I could get cabbage and cauliflower to grow in summer without blowing. I did get varieties that are somewhat heat tolerant.

Will definitely try a whisky barrel for some garlic in the fall. If you wanted to braid it, would you do it before you dry it out? What size pot is your dwarf lime tree in? We have a lot of trouble with gophers and was wondering about maybe trying that.

I love your garden tour. Iam from India. You have a lot of plants and how do you control pests? When one plant is infected every plant gets affected and later dies. This is what I have faced so far. Sometimes I spray chemical pesticides when it is not controlled by neem oil spray. My egg plant is turning light green and some died. What is the problem ? Can you please tell

I see you planted 4 pigeon peas plants in a container. In my experience in Trinidad and Tobago these plants grow very large with very heave roots. You may need to transplant those plants leaving one at least three feet apart for best growth and harvest.
