For Tuvalu, the word that comes to my mind is Protestant. It has the highest percentage of Protestants of any country. If Drew were a little older, he'd know that Nicaragua can only mean "contras". For Zimbabwe, Mugabee is the first word that comes to mind. Or inflation. I'd use 'silk' for Uzbekistan because of how much of it's history revolves around the silk road.
