By default argument it shouldn't be said that the previous scriptures were corrupted but it should be clarified that they were TIMED revelations for a CERTAIN period of time in history or for a certain nation (whilst the basic message of islam being one of tawhid) and that is why Allah allowed that these revelations were not preserved from the deviation of man, whilst the final revelation is for that time until the last person until the last day so that is why Allah will preserve it.

Brother you need to watch your weight. Cut down 5% of your food intake. It is simple. There is no calorie in air or water. Cutting down only 5% of what ever you eat.
