For those who doesn't know what OSHA is for Occupational, Safety, Health, Administration. They are a Highly Federal Administration. This administration covers anything and all things built, construction, food, livestock and etc. etc. They don't announce showing up to any site. Get hurt on a job that the first contract made. They'll make a call and shut down and boots on the ground immediately. With guns blazing. Be on a job anywhere and I do mean anywhere, heavy equipment and one person doesn't have a hard-hat with that state seals, employee Name, safety glasses, steel toe boots, safety vest on every employee. That's just a building warehouse. Drilling crews in the ocean, you look up helicopter circling and a coast guard ship in view descending upon the site. All jobs.

If he gets a good lawyer the case will be tossed. His visual identification is similar but not OSHA. The misinterpretation is on the people. He can’t be charged with trespassing because he leaves when told. Now there appears to be an issue with his business cards. If it says OSHA he’s screwed. If not a good lawyer will have it dismissed. The ID on the hat, shirt and verbally says “ diversity “ in his identification of who he represents. Diversity is not a title of OSHA. He doesn’t have a filming issue because he’s open with it even on private property. They don’t tell him to stop. If he got “ white mam “ justice he’s freeeeee.
