Hi, this is great work. I have somehow similar excel file, but what I am struggling with is that the file is so heavy, that it is quite annoying to work with it, as it runs so slow, do You have any input for this? Thank You in advance!

To could try saving the file as a csv file this would reduce the size of the file allow read and write times to faster, if the file is really big you could use a csv splitter and/or create a programmable batch file check out Hope that helps

you could use Erlang formulas to create the schedules, it adds a 30% shrinkage into the formula, its similar to (volume*aht)/27000 sec =7.5 hrs *(1+decimal shrinkage) I'm a seasoned sr. reporting analyst with 20+ years workforce experience, with extensive excel knowledge I have create several reports for large call centers similar to this, if your interested in similar report let me know
