Thank you for sharing info on CBAM which is hardly discussed in Western media. At the end of the day, CBAM will make Europeans pay more for imports they relied on & got cheaply from developing economies. Coupling this to massive increase in energy costs in Europe makes one wonder about Europe's economic future & stability?

Europe and West is outsourcing there carbon footprint for many years, it's time to feel the repercussions. Exporting E-waste, fast fasion, discarded plastics to poor countries. Closing there refineries and importing refined oils. Outsourcing cheap labour and products
