Trans peopleare twice as likely to be unemployed because they face legal discrimination. Homeless shelters often don't let them in because they're trans and the other people in there are violent. More than half of the homeless trans community has reported being harassed at a homeless shelter. The employed members of the trans community faces issues with housing. There are countless videos of trans people being beaten and murdered. It is not worse now that Caitlyn is out and proud!

It's especially sad that this matters to society and that less affluent transgender people cannot afford to "look the part" or make people "wish they would have done it sooner." The race to run from my gender I totally understand. I was an Army scout, a sniper, worked in military intelligence and devised the route taken by the helicopters by the 101st in the Gulf War. I think Caitlyn has some serious flaws that have nothing to do with her transition, but those people that hammer her for what shes done in terms of changing sides is pretty messed up.
