Es cierto los call of duty de PS2 sinceramente parecen más realistas que los actuales de PS3 en adelante porque se ven las ruinas de las casas destruidas la casas hechas pedazos osea párese que es una guerra de verdad en cambio los actuales noo .son edificios que no párese ser de guerra no se ven muchas ruinas no párese un ambiente de guerra como los de PS2...

Cod 3, the first game I ever played online! Couldn’t believe when I found out that if you plugged the Ethernet cable into the back of your PS2 you could play with people from all over the world! My mind was blown! haha. Xbox 360/PS3 took online gaming to a whole different level.

With all these game decompilations coming out I wonder why nobody has tried decompiling the original Xbox port since it is literally X86 architecture, we could theoretically have that ported first. Then port over the HD models and textures from 360 and maybe, since source code would be recreated, that means possibly porting animations too or making them work on the xbox animation rigging. Either way, OG Xbox port could be our saving grace one day for an eventual fan made PC port. Then imagine HD upscaled textures, mouse and keyboard support... I do know that people have been wanting a PC version for years, but I do not think many people connected the dots and really thought about how this could be the best way for us to get a port of this game not only to PC but other platforms as well. Same goes for Big Red One and Finest Hour. That would only leave the PS2 exclusive version of WAW which if I am correct shared the engine with one of the other games I listed so maybe could make a port of the levels and stuff like that easier to do?

I remembered when i played that game on my ps2, when the tank part comes i didn't know where the R3 button was, so i was just looking at my controller and the screen, and the characters were so mad, and then, i discovered that the R3 button was on the second joystick😂

I remember COD 1, COD 2 and this COD I played when I was a teenager, but it was still one of the best and I had spent hours playing this game and the graphics are just as good as on PS3, just a little worse. but there is a lot of action in this game, good weapons and it is almost as realistic as World at War on PS3, the best COD and also covert operations and modern warfare, now the franchise is in decline I think, it no longer has the same vice.

Yknow for ps2 graphics the artstyle and look still holds up. It might be me but I like the lower polygon look of this era. It feels more animated and the less “realistic” artstyle gives it like that animated look. Like someone who draws “cartoons” if that makes sense? Idk if there’s a better word for it but I guess TLDR I just like the look of it.

try latest pcsx2 emulator and use good gpu, i try 2 days ago and its just another level. graphics is better then ps3 version cod3. you can enjoy every minute if play . its just sweet. you can play native 4k or 2k quality.

There's no widescreen patch for this game. The game sets to widescreen when it is prompted by the 16:9 ratio setting in the PS2 internal menu.
