Came to say cod4 is still the best Call of Duty, for noobs and veteran players alike. No gimmicks, no micro transactions, no predatory sbmm/eomm. Just pure raw gameplay. The experience felt natural. It doesn't feel the same with these new games now that every little terrible thing Activision has done to make Call of Duty no fun and all about taking up your time and money!

Man, what a game this was! I love this game. It’s my 2nd favorite Call of Duty of all time right next to Modern Warfare 2. The Campaign was full of memorable moments with All Ghilled Up being one of the best Single Player missions in any FPS game period, to invading a TV Station in the Middle East as a Marine Operator, and…lets not forget, playing as the man himself John “Soap” Mactavish for the very first time. The Multiplayer (while very simple) still managed to deliver the best CoD map design, fast and addicting gunplay, and great innovations to the overall Multiplayer formula such as a ranking system with different levels of Prestige, a new Killstreak system for the time and grindable gun camos. To be honest with you, I didn’t really start taking Call of Duty Multiplayer too seriously up until I played MWR when it first came out…and being a part of the CoD community today I have to say, it is such a god damn shame (in my opinion) as to what Call of Duty has become! Gone are the good ol’ days in exchange for a toxic community and garbage games. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, if there was ever a Call of Duty that I wished more than anything to play it in its prime, that game would be Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.

I've had a ps3 and an xbox 360 :) I prefer the xbox 360 as the online game play to me is better but i reckon that call of duty 4 is good on any console, also there is lag on both thats not the console its the internet connection. Good stuff in the video btw.
