It's an absolute blast, a really good direction to take call of duty in my opinion. I hardly ever run into someone camping anymore now because of how fast paced things move. Definitely a great game and mark my words all these haters will be the same one saying "bo6 was so great blah blah blah" in a couple years.

People are literally just nitpicking everything in this game. That's apparently the thing nowadays, whine whine whine when everyone knows what to expect when it comes to cod. It really is as fun as everyone who's defending the game says it is. Trust me man, it's a great game and will be known as one of the best later on down the line. They really did take every best aspect from the older cods and combined them. You'll notice in the game everything has the best parts of all the classics AND MORE! I've personally had more fun playing this game solo today (because my buddies haven't bought it yet) in the hours than I've put in on the beta, than I have had days on mw2 and mw3 with a full party with the boys. Really cannot wait for the full release. They're even bringing back some of the classic maps too on full release from firing range to vorkuta (I probably butchered that name)

I bought the 2019 game 5 years ago hoping the series would turn better, after what Infinite Warfare, WW2 and Black Ops 4 were, but oh boy how I wrong I was. Each year it got just gradually worse. I just wish Activision could sell the campaigns separate so I wouldn't have to pay for the rigged pvp torture, because at least Treyarch knows how to do it semi-properly, even though Black Ops 3 sucked balls and BO4 single player pretty much got the axe.

I never played a COD or modern warfare since my first game of battlefield. it's just the same thing everytime, tight quarters, who has the fasted twitch reflex and wins the isnta kill match. There is no strategy, team work, dynamic landscape or vehciles to change thinsg up and make it interesting.
