Unfortunately no, Black Ops 6 is online only in all modes and on every platform this time, not just PC.

@@renaldif.a.r2052 No problem mate, happy to help. But yeah, it's sad to see how offline multiplayer in CoD went from having a mode where you could build your own bot team in Ghosts to having no offline modes at all.

@@bustacoxhow about Advanced Warfare bots? I'm planning to get COD AW if there's discount, i've heard these bots were smart and fully customizeable in loadouts?

@@renaldif.a.r2052 Hey man, sorry for the late answer. Advanced Warfare bots are also really good, I remember playing offline matches on my old 360 a lot back in 2014. In terms of customization, I think the only thing you can customize are the default loadouts which the bots are then going to use.
