Annual releases has been one of the biggest core problems since CoD 2, but CoD Ghosts was the true starting point of the decline of CoD. Once Advanced Warfare arrived, CoD started to lose its identity. Especially when the OG creators of CoD / founders of Infinity Ward left after MW2. Then WW2, MW2019, Cold War, Vanguard, and MW2022 arrived aka the Wannabe Era of CoD. CoD 4 - BO2 was definitely the attitude era of CoD
