exactly the same issue in Infinite warfare. the FPS is really high but it suddenly deeps down to somewhere below 30 then kicks back again to high fps. not sure why. seems to be an issue that many is encountering.

Unrelated to COD but I still think a fully animated LotR 60 episodes over six seasons (ten chapters one 1/2 book) with these type of cutscene graphics would work. As amazing and beautiful the live action was for the movies animation is no restrictions unlimited effects perfect for such as expansive trilogy.
