Look up 'Call of Duty 4 strafe jump tutorial' on youtube to learn the movement and I'm not using any FPS mods in this run.

Google "MW3 Fov Changer" and you should find the tool for it. Console commands I don't know about since I've never looked into those. I just know that there isn't a really easy way to use them compared to previous games.
