Given that his _was_ supposed to be MW2 DLC, it is rather surprising they couldn't even implement the "Realism" (minimal HUD) difficulty. I completed 2019 and 2022 on that difficulty, although challenging, it was very rewarding.

Just for the campaign, no. If you were to play PvP, meaning you were to play it for months, then yes. I personally finished it once and I have no reason to go back and play it again. For me it's only valuable due to this video.

If you mean something like at 3:07:07, you need to have a pistol as a secondary weapon to do that. It's simply a weapon swap. The faster animation is created because pistols are quicker to draw. If you were to start sprinting, he would move the rifle away, and you would be holding only the pistol. For multiplayer, I believe you need a specific grip for it, but I'm not sure.

It's Veteran Difficulty, and the challenge was "NO Damage". On Veteran, you peek a tiny little bit and you get shot. That's why it is the way it is. A simple walkthrough would be different, much quicker.
