Actually it is quite the opposite if the drive is fuller the faster It reads data since it knows where it was last placed when it comes to hard drives atleast ssds especially pcie nvme drives are so fast that having them full will eventually slow them down in like 20 years on paper and when it comes to the last drives I said again it's better to keep em at 90% cause having them full means they need more electrons to keep the memory fresh but this is if you don't use your oc daily if you do then your drives will last longer if you don't maybe your pc won't boot the same speed or boot at all from 1 day to a month really depends
