Call of Duty: Vanguard is a 2021 first-person shooter video game developed by Sledgehammer Games and published by Activision. It is scheduled to be released worldwide on November 5, 2021, for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X and S. It serves as the eighteenth installment in the overall Call of Duty series. Despite having similar settings, the game doesn't serve as a sequel to Call of Duty: WWII as it establishes new characters and a storyline featuring the birth of the special forces to face an emerging threat at the end of the war during various theaters of World War II across the globe.
Vanguard will feature similar gameplay mechanics previously introduced in Modern Warfare thus the player being able to mount wielded weapons to flat surfaces, interact with doors and execute takedowns. New gameplay features allow the player the ability to use a more advanced strategical approach in combat such as blind firing from behind cover, breaking through destructible environmental elements or creating new paths to complete objectives by climbing walls.
Vanguard's multiplayer mode is slated to launch with 20 total maps, 16 of which are featured for core game modes, while the other 4 are for a brand new game mode titled "Champion Hill", stated to be the next iteration of Gunfight, a 2v2 arena mode previously featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. In addition to the Gunsmith system returning in a more advanced form, Vanguard multiplayer will also feature a so-called "Caliber system" which brings immersive elements of destructible and reactive environment to its maps. Besides introducing an upgraded anti-cheat system and a new map scheduled to be launched at a later date, as with Cold War, Vanguard will integrate with Call of Duty: Warzone, allowing players to progress and use weapons, operators and other cosmetics items across both titles, in addition to the existing Modern Warfare and Cold War items in Warzone. Furthermore, just like the previous main installments of the Call of Duty franchise since 2019, Vanguard's multiplayer will also be fully cross-platform play compatible with a support for cross-generation gaming regarding eighth and ninth generation home video game consoles.

That's the thing, ain't it ? When it comes to commentary, it's cool. But Brad is horrible when it comes to paying attentiom to literally anything. He once waste 15 minutes of the Episode (and made us watch, instead of cut) just because - instead of listening what the Characters were telling him to do - he just run around in the completely different room... Edit: To the genius who claims we have no right to share negative opinions: The comments are literally meant to share *ANY* opinions on the matter - whether you like it or not, that means both the positives and negatives. No one ever said we have to share only the positive ones... And as far as it gets, a lot of Brad's viewers share this sentiment, because RadBrad literally does not pay attention a lot of times... It doesn't mean I won't watch him - I still like his commentary and gameplay. But it also does not mean I have to blindly d_ck-ride him in every way, for no reason...

Eh, there's an argument to see a Springfield rifle, given how lax the US armed forces before the 80-90's were, and the M1 Garand really doesn't belong super well with the given situation here... the M1A1 Carbine however... that should be used by at least one of the guys in the 93rd, if not nearly all of them.

@@alexl6621 yes, but the pacific front on America was primarily fought with the M1A1 Carbine. The M1 Garand was used, but for its easier ability in use as a grenade launcher. The M1A1 was plain better than the Garand in every important way for a war, and was cheaper to produce with good affect.

I really enjoy this campaign. The game itself is somewhat marketed as an alternate ww2 game, so historical inaccuracies never bothered me that much. Plus, it's really well written as an alternate ww2 story as they are given that creative freedom. Not like waw good but it's still one of the better cod campaigns i've played
