Why go for stronghold and black site? Why not just go straight for elements?

Because the bombsite doesn’t spawn in till 4th circle so there is no point in getting them. You want to wait as long as you can because the first element marks you and everyone will go for you

In stronghold you can get yur loadout and loot in blacksite you can get redeploying

As someone who got my first nuke several hours ago going straight for the elements is your first big mistake. You shouldn’t be touching Be until you absolutely have to, or ideally until 4th circle.
