In multiplayer, you can change fov by opening the command console (usually the key below ESC) and typing in /cg_fov 80 80 is maximum but some servers, like the one I'm playing on this video, have mods that make fov even higher. For zombies and single player you have to launch each map in developer mode or alternatively download an external program called 'Call of Duty: SCZ FoV Changer' to change fov.

I just spam the fire button with two fingers. Some call it 'butterfly clicking'.
