Grew up In pre gentrified Harlem In the 90’s early 2000’s, back when stray dogs were still in the streets on some blocks, got mad of these stories. The only thing Rowdy is leaving out is that with these types of beefs, they don’t stop until someone dies. I’ve seen basketball games turn into fights, and then deaths. I remember running toward shootouts just to see some action. I remember real bloods and crips walking in clusters and causing havoc. I remember people getting buck fiftied and having the Jordan’s taken off their feet. I remember ppl asking you if you knew what time it was and you didn’t have a watch on. I’m glad I’m not in that environment anymore.
