Been a while since I read the rulebook (English) but I thought it was pretty good, and it had a helpful faq in the back as well as a reference page on the back cover. And yes, the art in this game is fantastic.

If I remember correctly, the rulebook doesn't have a breakdown of the cards explaining what each part of the cards are.

I don't know if anyone's going to reply and I hope I don't get mocked for saying this, but I need an answer. I bought this game and it seems great. I don't mind the dark theme (necromancy etc.), but "rune casting" goes against my moral views. I know that this is what fortune tellers do, and I do not wish to participate in any of it. Are these the real runes/symbols they use or is this completely fictional? I'd appreciate if someone with knowledge answers this, without going into specifics. I know it's stupid, but I've had a different upbringing than most people, with lots of phobias when it comes to magical objects or anything that resembles them.

I enjoy this game, play mostly solo but with friends as well, its not a heavy game in any way, but the more you throw yourself into the story making/telling aspect, the more fun it is, which prob wont suit those looking for something more crunchier. Beautiful artwork..

Best game for me, played over 100 times with crew, original and other one. Both are good but original is better quality..
