Naaalala ko nung 2nd year Highschool ako 1st day of classes merong introduce yourself putcha nagsinungaling ako ang sabi ko hobby ko mag Bass guitar kasi kalakasan ng MYX noon feeling ko astig magtugtog pero wala talaga ako alam na instrument. Pagkatapos ng klase nilapitan ako ng mga lalaki na classmate ko sali daw ako sa banda nila ang sabi ko sige sali ako haha nung oras na ng practice namin hindi ko alam yung "chords" daw kaya nagpaturo ako kunyari di ko makuha hanggang matapos yung oras. Paguwi ko ng bahay pinagpraktisan ko yung inaalikabok na gitara sa bahay para malaman ko yung pesteng chords na yan hanggang sumakit yung daliri ko. Ngayon meron na akong 3 guitars and organ. Haha! Di ko inaakalang music pala magiging hilig ko. P.S itong song na to yung madalas namin tugtugin nung highschool. =>

Itong kantang ito ang isa sa mga nagpapaalala sa akin ng isa sa mga pinaka endearing and cool na friendship sa buhay ko. 13 year-old highschool sophomore ako noong nagkaroon ako ng classmate na 21 year-old transfer student galing Laguna. Halatang-halata na puro pagbubulakbol lang ginagawa niya. Dahil narin siguro sa alam niya na may kaya sila sa buhay. Gulat nga ako sa kanila pala yung magandang bahay na palagi ko nadadaanan kapag pumapasok ako sa school noon. No'ng bagong salta palang siya, sa akin siya in-assign ng class adviser namin to 'show the ropes' 'ika nga nila. Hindi kasi siya marunong mag Ilocano, and siguro ako ang pinaka nakaka relate sa kanya since nag stay ako sa Bulacan for several years. Matatawag siyang example ng 'Manila Boy' stereotype. So fast forward naging friends kami to the point na halos doon na ako sa house nila nag stay. Yung parents niya nasa abroad. Yung tita naman niya na tumatayong guardian niya palagi naman wala sa bahay nila kasi laging nasa labas nag a-asikaso ng business. Banda boy siya. May 3 High Schools sa lugar namin. Lahat doon nagkaroon siya ng friends na may similar interest sa pagbabanda. Ang dami kong nakilalang new friends kapag pumupunta sila sa bahay nila dahil sa kanya. Palaging may tugtugan. Though aminado ako hindi naman naging straight na wholesome yung friendship namin kasi sa kanya ako natutong mag smoke, uminom ng alak, magka girlfriend, at kung anu-ano pang kapusukan sa adolescence phase. Hindi ko maikakailang bad inlfuence siya - pero hindi ko din maikakaila na noong first time ko ma experience ang mga iyan ang isa sa pinaka exciting na parts ng buhay ko. Isang taon lang siya sa probinsiya namin nag stay pero napaka colorful ng taon na iyon for me. After a year bumalik na siya sa Laguna. Nagkaroon kami ng connection through Friendster pa noon pero nawala din. Kuya Al kung nasaan ka man ngayon ikaw ang isa sa mga pinaka cool na naging friends ko. Miss ka na namin nila Kulas at Vanz. Sana bumisita ka ulit sa Ilocos!

I felt the pain, mababaw man tignan pero knowing that im beside him and he was singing this song especially when he sang this line "ginawa ko naman ang lahat bakit biglang naghanap". I know how much he loves his past. Kung gaano niya minahal yung girl to the point na sobrang nasaktan siya nung pinagpalit siya sa iba. To K-LM, I hope this message reach you. When i was in highschool, he always used to play this in class, trying to learn the keys in the guitar with this song specifically (along with gitara and harana). His friends and my friends used to tease me together. Nung una, di ko pinapansin yung mga tuksuan na yun, kasi from what I've observed, their friend group are known to be the type of guys na mang aasar sa kaibigan nila to some random peeps kahit di naman gusto ng friend nila yung person na yun. So one day, pagkatapos ng ICT subject namin recess na, so pumasok kami ng mga friends ko nun sa room, tas while I was talking to one of my friends, we heard na may ng ca-call ng name ko, sabi nung isa "Uyy *name ko*, haranahin/gitarahan ka daw ni *name ni guy*.' Sabay hiyawan sila ng "ayieeee". Ako naman di ko sila pinansin nun kasi ganon na sila eh, ganon mga pakulo nila. Araw araw naman may encounter kami ni guy, he was cute, talented, funny, respectful, even tho mas matangkad ako sakanya HAHAHAHA, he made me feel comfortable, even though loving him caused me pain. Back then ayaw ko I label na I like him- love him, even. Ayaw ko kasi mag jump into conclusions. But even though we didn't speak to each other that much, our actions and eye contacts were loud enough to tell that we felt the same toward each other, even if it was just for a moment, I think he liked me back, I think, and I hoped he felt the same way, even if it was just for a moment. I remember a time pa nun after ng math class namin, I have this guy friend, and medj slow siya sa math, so after na nga maka alis ni sir D nun, he asked me if pano yung ganito ganyan, so I was helping him nga sa mga steps ng solving since I also wanted to recall the lesson. Then suddenly I had this feeling na someone was watching us (my guy friend), tas sakto na napa tingin ako kay K, he was staring at us intently, and ngl kinilig ako nun and I also felt like nag seselos siya nun (HINDI ITO YUNG PAGKASUNOD-SUNOD NG EVENTS SO BARE WITH ME GUYS). There's this time din nung english subject namin, we were asked by Ma'am M, to pick a quote then explain why this quote resonated with us so much or the reason behind why we chose that quote. All of us got to present in class, parang recitation na namin yun. Nag start yung counting sa likod, eh by height yung seating arrangement namin, and he was like at the second row in front, and ako naman nasa pinakalikod. When it was my turn, itong mutual friend namin ni K, sabi niya "Uyy K, ni *name ko* neh, ayieee" sabay naki ayiee na rin yung iba namin classmate. Ito naman si K reply niya lang "galing", sabay tawa yung mga friends niya and the rest of the class. Ako naman parang nahihiya na nun kasi I was still standing nun and itong si ma'am M, sinasabayan niya lang trip ng mga kaklase ko, edi after nun pinaupo nalang ako ni ma'am M nun since tapos ko na rin naman na yung explanation ko. I also remember this funny encounter with him na naka eye contact ko siya nun while nangungulangot siya disgusting I know, but at that moment late niya na realize na nangungulangot siya so ako naman I couldn't help but laugh nun tas he turned away from me. I didn't confess, I planned to. But my life went downhill after nung graduation namin, I was struggling mentally so I kind of forgot about him, I've set aside this so called love to focus on myself. Also, I forgot to mention na lumipat na ako ng schools after that.

Same, except that my one and only is not that famous but we're also a thousand miles apart, and still have to wait for a year just to get back together, we only had less than a week to be together while i was at PH, then i had to move to Canada for my exam. So far so good but its not the same when you can see her but cant feel her :( we thought that long distance relationship is not that bad but every day is getting worse and worse, skype is the only thing that connect us together and every time we turn off the chat, i get worried, i have a trust in her but i dont have an idea on what's going on with her after we chat. Its not even a month after i left Philippines but we miss each other a lot! Yea sure, we are strong together.
