Thanks for sharing your thoughts. yes you are correct. as per the mdn definition all JS functions with dependent environment could be called as closure (not true for all programming languages). but normally we mention closure to function enclosed in other functions. for all other function we use terms like scope or lexical environment. I think its due to the fact that a closure is more suitable to explain the working of callback functions. I didn't include 'function currying' since it would complicate the beginners guide and they are rarely used. Please let me know if my video explanation contradicts my comment here. Happy coding.
