Hi kuya reneboyyyy thank you po sa lahat ng mga tips at tutorials dahil isa na ako sa mga applicante na natanggap at naka pasa sa concentrix palagi lang kitang sene search sa youtube at iniintindi ko lang lahat at inaapply ko sa sarili ko. Pero hito na at naka pasa No experience SHG ako pero naka pasa ako sa concentrix grabi hanggang ngayon hindi pa rin ako maka paniwala. Sa lahat ng mga gustong maging call center agent kahit ilang exams at interviews pa ang failed sge parin kasi matutoto ka rin naman sa mga fails mo. LABAN!!! KUYA RENEBOY PA SHOUT OUT NAMAN SA NEXT VLOG MO AABANGAN KO YON!!!!!

Hello kuya Reneboy, as far as I could remember more on basic & general interview questions po siya, here are some questions that I can remember, "how long do you see yourself working in the company?" "how can you handle an irate customer?" "what is your expected salary?" "do you have any plans pursuing other career?" "what comes to your mind when you hear the word BPO?" The way he answered to the questions isnt that specific and not so spontenuous enough. I've also heard a lot of fillers were most of them could be a factor why some applicants fail during the interview. As a recruitment specialist they are not into how good in grammar is the applicant its really how applicants carried themselves along the application process. In addition to that, when the interviewer asked like "what is your goal in life or in your life? Since you were applying in the bpo industry it would be better to provide an answer that is somehow related to the industry. Ganuun! Tips lang yan. Thankyah😆🌺
