I spent 14 hours in my car at southport 4pm then its goes to text only . on boxing day then finaly the AA truck turned up 6AM and took me home i was freezing and my dog was shaking it was snowing bad .

I had a drive shaft snap, while waiting for recovery i was debating a idea i had, arr sod it, i removed the broken part as it pulled out from the wheel, then i stuck some mole grips on the bit sticking out the diff box and tied/wedged them to stop the remaining shaft from spinning, it worked a treat driving one wheel drive lol, only had about 8 miles to go so did the lot than rang to cancel my recovery.

I might just not understand, but your using a 40 odd foot artic trailer, with a lorry that does around 9 miles to the gallon, costs £500 odd to refill and your doing vehicle recovery of a small van? I’ ll let you do the maths, but have you ever noticed all the other Trucks on the road, what are they carrying, up and down , 7 days a week? That’s right, it’s called a full load. I am not a hater, but am just confused how this is haulage, maybe the You Tube receipts pay thousands each month.

Tim to cut the grass you should buy a ride on lawn mower and possibly v8 scania swap it or like 2jz gte swap it. also another great video tim. If that was the water pump I know how he feels mine went recently. Cost £550 pounds with a new cambelt and left puddles everywhere and held everyone up while slow driving in high gears stopping at every lights.
