Also this may be my limited experience talking but when I had a panic attack, I did not have the wits about me to recognize what was happening to me, let alone to verbally abuse and berate people in my vicinity. @tyinplop6356 yeah, as someone who has problems with depersonalization/ dissociation issues since I was like 14, it's a very scary problem. But at one point it kinds becomes, a part of you. That feeling of everything being both very far away, but right there, the painting that is life. Not feeling as my arm is mine, repeating thoughts. It just is at one point. Depersonalization just becomes a thing for those who have issues with it, you learn to love with it and just get through life with it.

One thing I’ll say is that he is right when he talks about being aware that you’re disassociating. That’s true, I’m personally aware a lot of the time when I’m in a dissociative state. But, I couldn’t imagine being able to hold a complex conversation like Boogie can while disassociating. Maybe it’s possible, I mean I’m not a doctor. But that’s the part that seems fishy to me.
