Another great pod! Love you guys! And to the dude going through a rough time after his mother’s passing, the stokers are behind you and rooting for you! You didn’t bring anything down. You were vulnerable and asked for help, which is a pretty brave thing to do. Men should be encouraged to do that more often. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE needs help at some point in their lives. I am so sorry for your loss. When you lose a loved one that pain doesn’t necessarily go away. We just learn to keep moving on while holding them in our hearts, and that’s what our loved one’s would want. Find what makes you happy. Go out and experience this big crazy beautiful world! It’ll speak to you if your open to it. Do not give up and stay stagnant.

This pod was great! To the first caller. TMJ is very painful. When you asked about going to a doctor, and they said NO! I was cracking up!! My answer is yes! You need to see a dentist! When you’re sleeping, you maybe grinding your teeth. It will wear down your ligaments, bones and it will only get worse. Grinding your teeth can break them, wear them down flat, or cause other damage. You can get a night guard to stop irritation and pain. They can also do steroid injections, or Botox, so it isn’t so painful. Pain in the body is letting you know something is wrong and to stop. Pushing through the pain isn’t going to make you a man! It’s going to make you have expensive dentist and doctor bills in several years. Prevention is the best medicine to avoid injuries. Collin, I’m sorry about your mom. Take your time to grieve. Everyone has their own way of dealing with losing loved ones. I am a mom. I can tell you, she’s always connected to you. We are made from energy, and it never ends. Think of her often, and you will feel her love around you. Your mom is proud of you. She wouldn’t want you to stop enjoying life, bc she passed. Moms want to see their children grow and find their happiness in life. Reaching out for support is awesome! No one thinks it’s bringing anyones stoke down. I wish I lived closer, so I could give you a big hug. Keep us updated. ❤
