Janna, I'm proud of you! Hindi mo pinabayaan sarili mo, nagsumikap ka sa buhay and look at you, you survived! The trauma didn't consume you whole. I can relate so much with you po, and feeling those heaviness in your heart is a crucial part of your healing. Unprocessed po kasi un mga bad emotions & thoughts na nasaten and naitanim sa puso natin un galit, resentment, hurt, etc. It'll be a long journey po to accepting and forgiving and loving ourselves, from this point forward, babawi ka sa sarili mo kasi when you were younger, you haven't got a chance to learn how to process and move forward properly from the traumatic experience. Slowly peel off un mga bad stuff na nasa utak at puso, do not rush. Slowly din, makikita mo na ang dami mo palang nagawa for your self that made you a better person. Sana someday you'll feel peace and light in your heart 💚

Hello Janna if you have the chance to travel try to go in thailand my retreat/program sila dun like healing retreat/trauma healing etc ang daming programs dun din na it might help yourself to let go from the past and heal ur inner soul.. what i can sense is ur inner child is so broken right now and it bothers u alot to move on with ur present life.. if u get the chance to go there do it it may help u find peace and serenity.. and it might also help u focus on ur life. I hope this will help u..
