No vikas, if you have a type c port in the laptop then it can charge at 36-38w but some laptops do not allow to charge at lower rate, thats why there is no definate answer

@@DarbhangaTak24 yes OfCourse, but as you know that now phones come with a charger of 67 watt or 120 watts, so you can't expect that much speed but this powerbank is fast from other similar power banks available in market
