Hi Chryssa, I liked very much your table set up! You have a lovely taste. BTW, I too don't eat lamb or any other baby animals. I was born in Bulgaria where killing and eating lambs to "celebrate" Christ's resurrection is a "tradition". Because of this I do not celebrate the Orthodox Easter. I love our God Jesus Christ and I don't believe that He requires such barbaric treatment of innocent babies. Anyway, I will bake your potato tart. It looked delicious.
