❤I’ve been making scones and homemade blended tea bags as gifts this year to friends & coworkers. Cranberry Chocolate scones are in the oven now. I also made lip balm and foot balm for special friends who will appreciate them. Money’s tight, but using skills to bless others is priceless 😊

I had to google what a scone is😀..cranberry chocolate sounds delicious! I would love to get everything you mentioned!😊 I’m also thinking of making an herbal hand cream for a few friends since I already have all the ingredients.

I really enjoyed this! For years I've been making my own tinctures and other herbal products which friends love as gifts. This year I'm gifting elderberry tincture and crabapple and jalapeño jelly. Everything is wildcrafted/organic. The jelly is delicious served over a cream style cheese as a dip- last time I used a goats cheese. The jalapeños are cut in very fine strips and added to the jelly. If you can't get crabapples a sour cooking apple would work. You can use nut butter instead of oil in granola for a high protein version. It's beyond delicious! Thank you for your lovely videos and have a wonderful Christmas and New Year!!! ❤❤❤

Enjoy to see that I am not the only one .I am an herbal woman,I prepare herbs and cosmetics myself,so for herbs in alcohol .Just a little advice..Oliven oil needs to be conserved in dark bottles.I am Italian and I pick the olive from trees ,makes oil..and use it to cook ( we rarely use butter) and for herbs preparations. Thank you! Yes I ate most of it (and granola) because there was too much time until Christmas when I filmed it a week ago or so😄! I'll have to make new batches very soon. I would use less lavender now though, as the taste is quite strong.

Love the gift ideas. What do you use the coneflower for? Grow it but didn’t know it had any use. Oh the granola looks great! I have barretts esophagus and oh so can’t do the fire cider! My friend makes it as well. Your tree is just perfect! Merry Christmas!
@idyllineverydaylifeКүн бұрын
I made a tincture out of it and dried it for tea. According to herbal books and Google, it's good for supporting the immune system. You can find echinacea (coneflower) tinctures in supermarkets here in Finland and Estonia too. Yes, fire cider is quite acidic...I actually really love the taste, but my boyfriend absolutely hates it!😄 I take a shot diluted with water every day now. Merry Christmas!
